Yes, they are designed for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve the plating and shine. Store them in a sealed bag or box when not in use.

3. Is your jewelry made of real gold or silver?

No, our items are fashion jewelry made of high-quality alloy. Some pieces may include natural shell, pearls, or crystal-style elements. They're stylish and affordable — perfect for everyday wear or gifting.

4. Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We use real product photography to ensure what you see is what you get. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

5. Is your jewelry giftable? Do you offer packaging?

Absolutely! Our jewelry makes wonderful gifts for friends, loved ones, or yourself.

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for non-custom items that are unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom orders are also non-refundable.

9. How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
